Your photos and memories

• What we keep: the answers you type and the photos you upload, only to make your book.
• Where: in private storage that only Houndmile can reach. Your book opens only through its private link.
• Before uploading, your phone or computer shrinks each photo and removes hidden details such as location.
• How long: we delete your photos 30 days after your book is delivered (or 30 days after you start, if you don't buy). The story text stays so your book link keeps working; ask us and we'll delete it too.
• Never for anything else: we don't sell your data, show it to anyone, use it for ads, or use it to train AI.
• Children's photos: please only upload photos you have the right to share. You confirm this with a tick box before we make your book.
• Payments happen on houndmile.com through Shopify. This site never sees your card.
