How it works
- Tell us about your dog. Name, a photo, their personality, favourite things, up to five memories, and the people in their life. It takes about 10 minutes, and your answers are saved as you go.
- See a free preview. Read the whole story and the first illustrated pages. Change any words, swap a picture, or ask for a page to be rewritten.
- Get the full book. Checkout is on houndmile.com. You'll get an email with a flipbook link to open on any phone and PDFs for printing: one for a print shop (8.5 × 8.5 in) and one for home (US Letter).

What's made by computer
The story is written for you from the memories you share. It only uses what you tell us, and you can read and change every word before you buy. The pictures are drawn by computer in our own picture-book style, coloured to match your dog. Your real photos appear on the cover and the photo page. The book says this too, on its last page.
This book is a keepsake. It isn't therapy or a treatment for grief.
Your photos
Photos are stored privately and only used to make your book. We delete them 30 days after your book is delivered, and they're never used to train AI. Read the privacy note.
